Founder and chief fire-starter around here is Christina. She spent much of her career managing and growing global brands worth in excess of £100 million at Nestle, Britvic and Mercedes, then turned her hand to young start-up brands and has never looked back. Since then she has worked with hundreds of start-ups and entrepreneurs, from pre-launch ideas through to brands like Innocent and MOMA.
Christina’s mission is to make start-up innovation flourish and to support other entrepreneurial teams navigating this journey too. She co-founded two technology start-ups herself so knows first-hand what it is like to launch and grow a new business. Her first technology business launched in 2012 and was acquired by Enterprise Nation in 2015; her second was a Cannes Lion Innovation Award winner and used by brands like Samsung, Vodafone and Expedia.
Today, alongside the marketing training and support she delivers via The Nurture Network, she teaches Entrepreneurial Marketing at UCL on their renowned MSc in Entrepreneurship, and is likely to also be testing and incubating new start-up ventures of her own with the team. As well as this she is an active start-up mentor and advisor; a regular speaker and industry writer; and is a trustee for the young charity Breadwinners.
